I can’t say I’ve ever heard of Mesothelioma Cancer Alliance, but according to their Twitter feed, they’re willing to donate $1 per follower, up to $50,000, to any number of cancer organizations. After following them, you’ll be able to vote for your preferred organization from the list below.

- St. Jude’s Hospital
- MARF (Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation)
- National Cancer Institute
- The Jimmy Fund
I’m going to start marking donations that require a purchase with a Purchase or some sort of marker in the future.
In the mean time, if you buy any Glad product this holiday season, make sure to grab a product that has a banner similar to the one pictured above. Each such product will have a code on it that you can enter on Glad’s website. For each code entered, Glad will make a $1 donation to the Cookies for Kids’ Cancer society, up to $200,000. How awesome would it be if they discovered the cure to cancer was actually cookies?
